What this site collects

No accounts, no forms, no newsletter — nothing you type here reaches us. The careers page composes an email in your own email app; you decide whether to send it.

Hosting, logs and cookies

Wix.com Ltd. hosts this site and processes data for us, keeping standard technical logs (IP address, browser, time of request) for security. Wix may store or transfer data outside the EU, including to the United States, under its own safeguards, and sets essential cookies; its cookie banner and settings apply where required.

External services you may choose to open

Booking runs on Shortcuts Software (home.shortcutssoftware.com/​londonandcoandthecave), which has its own privacy policy. WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook links take you to those services. The map on Find Us is a Google Maps embed: when it loads, Google receives your IP address and may set cookies.

How long we keep things

We keep emails only as long as needed to answer you. Wix keeps server logs under its own retention policy.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the Spanish LOPDGDD you can ask what personal data we hold and request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection. Write to thelondonandco@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Spanish authority, the AEPD.
